2024
Created for the Institute of Directors’ 2024 Leadership Conference, this ‘call to progress’ inspired by clickbait headlines urged attendees to make the decision that write the future. Originally designed for a multi-screen setup, it’s now adapted for online.
The Institute of Directors New Zealand commissioned Storybox to create a ‘call to progress’ for their 2024 Institute of Directors Conference in Ōtautahi, Christchurch. The concept revolved around the style of news headlines.
We developed a beat poem inspired by internet clickbait headlines. It was used to kick off the conference and challenge attendees with the message: “Your decisions write the future. It’s all a work in progress. Let’s get started.” The art direction extended across all conference assets, including custom video backdrops for speaker intros, media templates, interstitials, and more.
The work was originally designed to make full use of Te Pae’s impressive multi-screen conference room setup, the version presented here is a later adaption for online use.
